Susan Aglukark (OC) is an Inuk singer-songwriter from Arviat, Nunavut with eight albums to her name. She has won numerous awards, including three Junos, a Canadian Aboriginal Music Award, the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, and a Governor General’s performing Arts Award for lifetime achievement. Aglukark is a former chair of the Arctic Children and Youth Foundation, the founder of the Arctic Rose Project, and a co-founder of the Aboriginal Literacy
